Imagine a facility maintenance company whose page says, "We provide the best maintenance services with the highest quality and competitive prices." That statement gives a search engine or AI system very little material for distinguishing the company.
The page and its surrounding content can be improved by defining service scope, sectors and locations served, assessment steps, actual response standards, contract inclusions and exclusions, documented examples, and the questions buyers ask before purchasing.
